Enchanted 1st Birthday Party

I made flowers out of tissue paper to decorate the light fixture, made several different moss balls and hung them using tulle. The cone hanging is a card board cone like you would pick up at your local craft store. I cut a Styrofoam ball in half and glued it inside the "top" of cone and hot glued the white roses on. I made the other decorations on the cone with stuff I had. This is a very budget friendly project.
